No guaranteed results

We take great care in matching companions and providing a warm, reliable service, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome (for example, a particular mood, health improvement, or that the same companion will always be available for every visit, such as during illness or holiday). We'll always do our best to keep things consistent and let you know in advance if a change is needed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for issues outside our control (for example, a companion being unavailable due to illness, or circumstances beyond our control delaying a visit).

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a disagreement can't be resolved directly, it would fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as our services change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
